Dhan Bdr Rai who involve in refugee registration fraud case is on arrest of nepal police today for more investagation.
Now he is in damak nepal police costody. According to inspector nabin karki- he cant give the name of local people who registrated as refugee.
He is under arrest with the application of his nephew krishna bhakta rai of same hut D2/ 168 and 69.
In the absence of his brother yam bdr rai and nephew kirtiman rai , dhan bdr registrated local as his family and snape the photo in JVT house.
